Hips was the first painting I completed as part of my black and white pop art series. The idea was fairly simple, I wanted a simple 'pop art' painting of woman in a sexy but not too seductive pose.

The result was a striking image that turned out to be very popular and sold quickly. 

Composed of four layers of high quality black & white acrylic paint provided a consistent and elegant finish.

It's a unique piece that can work as an attractive feature in a contrasting setting or a beautiful addition to a complementary colour scheme.
